Shipping Policy

At Generation Voodoo, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Below you’ll find all information regarding shipping, delivery times, and what to expect once your order is on its way.

Effective date: 01/09/2023

1.1 Availability. All orders are shipped as long as items are in stock. If a product is unexpectedly unavailable, we will notify you within 30 days of ordering.

1.2 Delivery Time. Under Belgian distance selling rules, we process and ship all orders within 30 days. If an order cannot be fulfilled within this timeframe — due to stock issues or unexpected delays — you will be informed within one month after placing your order. In this case, you may cancel your order without cost.

1.3 Delivery Attempts & Liability. Once a package has been offered to the customer or delivery address at least once, Generation Voodoo is considered to have fulfilled its delivery obligation. If a courier provides written confirmation that delivery was refused or unsuccessful, this serves as proof of attempted delivery. Generation Voodoo is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the transport company.

1.4 Indicative Delivery Times. Any delivery estimates provided on our website are indicative only. No rights can be derived from these estimations.

Shipping costs are shown during checkout. These include Belgian VAT (21%) where applicable. Prices may vary depending on destination, chosen shipping method, or promotional conditions.

Your order will be processed once payment has been successfully received. If you pay by bank transfer, the shipping time depends on how quickly your payment is processed. For faster delivery, we recommend paying via Maestro, Bancontact, iDEAL, Giropay, Mastercard, Visa or PayPal.

4.1 Right of Return (Consumers Only). Consumers have the right to return (part of) their order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without stating a reason. Before returning an item, you must notify us in writing within this 14-day period. Returned items must be: in original condition, in original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. If items are used, damaged, or incomplete, the right of return lapses.

4.2 Return Costs. All return shipping costs and risks are fully borne by the customer.

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If items are defective, incorrect, or incomplete, you must notify us in writing before sending them back. Complaints can be made up to two months after delivery. Returned items must be shipped in their original packaging and condition. If the complaint is valid, we will either replace the item or provide compensation as described in our Terms & Conditions.

In case of force majeure (e.g., transport strikes, courier disruptions, technical failures), Generation Voodoo may suspend shipping obligations or cancel the order. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by such circumstances.
