We typically process and ship orders within 14 days, as per our standard delivery policy. That said, if a piece is out of stock or delayed, we’ll let you know — and you can cancel without penalty. (Yep, we don’t mess around.)

Good question. If we can’t fulfill your order within the 14‑day window because of stock issues, we’ll notify you within one month. Then, you can choose to wait, or cancel the order for a full refund. No hard feelings.

Yes — if you're returning something just because “meh, not my vibe,” the full risk and cost of return lie with you. Make sure the item is in its original condition and packaging, or the return right expires.

If something’s wrong — damaged, defective, or not what you ordered — tell us within 5 days of delivery, in writing. Return it in its original packaging (with accessories & docs), and we’ll replace it or agree on compensation. Our liability is capped at the invoice value.

Nope. If it’s made just for you, or tailored, it’s non-returnable. We’re rebels, but we draw the line at custom orders for refund.

Once we receive the returned item in proper condition, we issue a full refund (purchase price + original shipping) within 30 days — to the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise.

Not really. If you want a different size or color, please return your original item (within the return window) and place a fresh order. Think of it as a ritual — out with the old, in with the new.

Yes — if it hasn’t shipped yet, drop us a line asap. We’ll do our best to cancel or adjust the order. Once it’s in the courier’s hands though, it’s game over (unless you want to do a return).

Nice try, but no existential crisis refunds. Material goods only, please. We’ll take back the clothes — not your philosophical baggage.

The first time you wash a VOODOO shirt, there is a chance that it will release color. To prevent the cotton from transferring to other clothes, it is advisable to wash the cotton fabrics separately for the first few washes. Make sure that the temperature of your washing machine does not exceed 40 degrees, because when cotton is washed for the first time it can shrink. Below 40 degrees you are in the so-called “safe zone”. For white cotton clothing it is advisable to wash above 40 degrees, because this way you get the best out of the clothing. Do not use detergent with bleach in advance, as this is not good for cotton.

Make sure not to set the dryer setting too high when drying for the same reason. However, do you let the laundry dry by hanging the laundry? Then choose a place where the sun does not shine, because cotton can discolour from the sun.
