Refund Policy

At Generation Voodoo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find all refund conditions as derived from our official Terms & Conditions, including your rights as a consumer and our procedures for returns and reimbursements.

If you make a purchase as a consumer under Belgian distance selling regulations, you have the right to return all or part of your order within 14 days from the day after the delivery of your items. No reason is required. Before returning any product, you must notify us in writing within this 14-day period.

1.2 Condition of Returned Items. To qualify for a refund, returned items must be in their original packaging, in original condition and including all accessories, labels, and documentation. If items have been used, worn, damaged, altered, or otherwise diminished in value due to customer handling, the right of withdrawal lapses.

1.3 Return Costs. All return shipping costs and risks are fully the responsibility of the customer.

2.1 Processing Time. Once the returned items are received in proper condition, Generation Voodoo will refund the full purchase price, and the original delivery costs, refunds are issued within 30 days after proper receipt of the return.

2.2 Refund Method. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the original purchase, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Refunds or cancellations are not possible in the following cases: Custom or made-to-order items that are tailored to customer specifications, Opened audio/video products or software where the seal is broken, Services that have already begun with your consent, Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, Products that are perishable or prone to rapid deterioration, Delivery of newspapers or magazines and betting or lottery services.

4.1 Reporting Issues. If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or incomplete, you must notify us immediately in writing and before sending the item back. Defects must be reported within two months of delivery.

4.2 Condition for Refund or Replacement. Items must be returned in their original packaging, original condition and including all accessories and documentation. If the complaint is valid, Generation Voodoo will either replace the item free of charge, or agree on a compensation arrangement with you. Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the item or the maximum amount covered by our insurance.

Refunds cannot be issued if you are in default toward Generation Voodoo, items have been repaired or altered by third parties, items were used contrary to instructions and government regulations affect product quality.
